TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing wine from Zhoo Zhoo, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

Legal Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order on our website, by fax, or by phone you have represented to Zhoo Zhoo, LLC that you are at least 21. All wines shipped must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

Government Regulations: Due to government regulations, we may only ship wine to the following states: CA, CO, DC, IA, ID, IL, LA, MO, MN, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, TX, WA, WI, WY. If you are interested in changing your state’s restrictive wine shipping laws, check out freethegrapes.org for help and information.

Warranties: All wine is sold "as-is," without any representations or warranties, express or implied.

Damage: All risk of loss and damage to wine passes to you upon shipment of the wine purchased. The staff of Zhoo Zhoo takes every precaution to ensure safe transit of goods however, we are not liable for any damages to goods caused by weather conditions or other “acts of God.” Zhoo Zhoo is not responsible for any acts or omissions in connection with the packing or shipping of the wines or of the carriers.

Taxes: Purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable state or local taxes, and any applicable compensating use tax of another state which we may be required by law to collect at the time of the payment of the purchase price.

State Law: The Terms & Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any wine purchased from us. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser for such wine.

Privacy: Zhoo Zhoo holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any information provided by our customers to any other institutions. Please be assured that your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and cannot be hacked, received or deciphered by others. If you are not comfortable with releasing your credit card information via our website, you may call 1-800-318-7873 to place your order.

Returns Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item in its original unopened condition. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from Zhoo Zhoo. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or are in unsellable condition may not be accepted.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
